A Costco shareholders’ vote on the matter of DEI has taken a surprising turn, contrary to the general anti-DEI shift we’ve seen among businesses over the last few months. zation. After consideration of the proposal, the Costco board took a vote on the DEI programs and the potential “litigation, reputational, and financial risks to the company, and therefore financial risks to shareholders.” According
